What are project sizes?
Projects range from 2 weeks to multiple months defined by phases. At each phase of a multiple month project there is an opportunity for feedback with check-ins to ensure results are relevant. Project duration is a function of type, organization size and number of stakeholders.

How do you deliver results?
My interest is that recommendations get implemented. You dictate whether the optimum form for results is a document, presentation or consultation, or some combination of all, depending how your organization makes decisions. Specific project follow-up and management is also offered.
